Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPLACE OR REPAIR AN APPLIANCE?
A. A broken appliance in a house leads to two choices. You can schedule professional appliance repair to try to save money and keep using the current refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or washing machine or dryer or replace the appliance with a brand new one.
Household appliances come with an expected lifetime. If your current home appliance is within the early or middle part of that lifetime, we would recommend scheduling our appliance repair service. If the home appliance is nearing the final part of its lifetime, we would then recommend to replace it with a new unit if your budget allows.
These are the estimated lifetimes of all models of household appliances:
Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years
Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?
A. Yes. We offer a warranty on all parts and labor. We also use manufacturer appliance parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and many other common appliance brands to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime after our service if any issues persist with your appliance.
Q. WILL YOU FIX MY BROKEN APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST TRIP?
A. In most cases. We load our service vans with over 90% of the common manufacturer replacement parts and all of the necessary tools to perform our appliance repair service. In the event we do need to return at a later date to complete a repair, there will not be an additional service charge. We estimate that we can complete over 90% of our appliance repair appointments on the initial visit.
Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?
A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your house or apartment. We know how important our customer’s time is and we do our best to ensure we arrive within the earlier part of the service window. That said, if an earlier repair or appointment takes a lot longer than expected, this allows the repairman some time to arrive on time within the service window. Our repairmen always call 10-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
